New foundation of a consulting company
ANDIOGENES AG launched in August 2022

After several months of preparations, ANDIOGENES starts its consulting activities. The foundation of a corporation was a simple task via the Startups.ch foundation platform, various processes are automated and paper is a thing of the past. Great support for all upcoming administrative tasks incl. accounting, which is handled by FINDEA. Furthermore, it was necessary to select insurance, banking and telecommunication partners and to set up the corresponding infrastructure.
Now we can start with the first mandates, be it coaching, project consulting, board of directors mandates etc.
